最近用browserhack dump chrome的cookie时提示 ：
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
最后发现是chrome对cookie读取进行了限制，可以用shadow copy或者os.Open获取数据，这样就能重新识别并获取到cookie，前提条件是bypassuac
